Jennifer will join Attorney Steve Denton as the newest member of the firm’s criminal defense team. Attorney Jennifer Wells has been a state and federal prosecutor in both North and South Carolina for over 20 years.
She most recently served as the head of the Seventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office Homefront Initiative to combat domestic violence in Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties. Jennifer has tried hundreds of cases to verdict, including complex federal drug cases, money laundering, murder, attempted murder, sexual assault, domestic violence, child pornography, and DUI. She has also argued appellate cases before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jennifer is licensed in both state and federal court in South and North Carolina. She is a 2001 graduate of the South Carolina School of Law. Jennifer’s practice areas include criminal defense, federal crimes, drug charges, domestic violence, DUI/DUAC, white collar crimes, traffic violations, traffic accidents, and personal injury.
