The partners at Harrison, White, Smith & Coggins, P.C. are pleased to announce a name change as part of a modification to management structure. The new firm, KD Trial Lawyers., brings together decades of experience earned by partners Ben Harrison, John White, Tom Killoren, Wes Kissinger, Jeremy Dantin and Allison Dunham, along with associates Marghretta Shisko, Steve Denton and Ryan McCarty. Current firm shareholders Danny Smith and Don Coggins are also announcing exciting changes; Smith will leave the firm to begin an independent social security disability practice in the Upstate, and Coggins has been nominated by President Donald Trump as a United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina. Changes will be effective October 2, with a progressive new branding initiative and website to launch in the coming months.

“We are excited about this transition for both the firm as well as for our long-time friends and colleagues Danny Smith and Don Coggins,” says managing shareholder John B. White, Jr. “This evolution perfectly positions the firm of KD Trial Lawyers. to continue to fulfill its mission of compassionately improving the lives of our clients by working tirelessly to offer integrity-driven, results-oriented legal services.”
