Upstate Attorney Wes Kissinger Joins American Board of Trial Advocates

Spartanburg, S.C.—Wes A. Kissinger, partner at KD Trial Lawyers., was recently invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Membership in the organization is only extended by invitation to trial lawyers of high personal character and reputation that meet the qualifications detailed by the Board.

Wes joined KD Trial Lawyers. in 2003 after spending several years defending premises liability and personal injury lawsuits on behalf of insurance companies. Wes’ current practice focuses on personal injury, products liability, wrongful death and nursing home abuse and neglect. For the past three years, Wes’ peers have named him one of South Carolina’s Super Lawyers in the personal injury practice area, a designation earned by just five percent of the state’s attorneys.
