Kissinger, partner at KD Trial Lawyers., was recently invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Membership in the organization is only extended by invitation to trial lawyers of high personal character and reputation that meet the qualifications detailed by the Board.
