Although midnight between New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day is often celebrated by toasting with champagne, I urge you to please exercise caution and restraint on the roadways. There is often temptation to celebrate excessively by consuming too much alcohol. If you are involved in a collision this weekend, or at any time, and the at-fault driver is charged with driving under the influence, you may be eligible to pursue a personal injury claim.
